For faster service, please return the garment to the retail store where it was purchased for an exchange, or, with the original retailer's receipt and in accordance with their return policy, a refund.
If it is not possible to return the item to a retailer, please call our Customer Service department at 800-283-7272 to arrange for an exchange of a garment that has been purchased within the last 12 months. Dickies is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective or damaged. Please allow 30 days for processing of your request to be completed.
